01How long does a project take?
Most focused automations take a few weeks. We agree a clear timeline and milestones with you before any work starts.
02Which tools do you work with?
Mainly Make and n8n, connected to the tools you already use: CRMs, Google Workspace, email, Telegram and WhatsApp, spreadsheets, shop and payment systems. If a tool has an API or webhooks, we can usually connect it.
03Is our data safe and GDPR-compliant?
We build with data protection in mind: workflows only move the data they need, we prefer EU data regions where the platform offers them, and access credentials stay in the platform's secure connections. We can document which data flows where so it fits into your own GDPR records. For legal questions, please involve your data protection officer or counsel.
04Do you use the official WhatsApp Business API?
WhatsApp automation runs through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. It requires customer opt-in and approved message templates, and we set this up with you, including how conversations are handed over to your team.
05Does our team need technical knowledge?
No. We explain everything in plain language, hand over documentation and show your team how each workflow works.
06What happens if something breaks?
Every workflow is tested before launch and built with error notifications. With a support plan we monitor and fix issues for you; without one, the documentation lets your team handle small changes, and you can always come back to us.
